IHA held its second annual bazaar at the 1st Unitarian Church, Salt Lake City, Utah, Sunday December 4th, 2016. Thanks to the generosity of the people attending the services, approximately $1,800 was raised. Various items from Uganda were featured, including rugs, purses, and wood carvings.

Six volunteers participating in IHA’s biannual humanitarian trip will rendezvous in Uganda on January 6th, for approximately two to three weeks. Projects will include assisting in the development of additional water sources (wells) in three communities, installing solar power and computers in a rural school, and assessing the status of some thirty micro loans.
Donations of laptop computers can be made now, enabling IHA to have them reformatted and loaded with educational software before the January and mid-year trips. Cash donations are also welcome.
